Me pareció interesante para complementar ejercicios en la recuperación de una pequeña lesión en un tobillo. Era un poco caro, pero con la oferta está bien.

Muy bueno para trabajar la articulación del tobillo, fortalecer la rodilla y pierna en general. Prefiero usarlas individualmente ya que las dos juntas me terminan tropezando

Features of the Pielaster unstable platform

  • Consists of 2 exactly equal pieces that follow the contour of the foot and allow a 360° undulating rotation.
  • Non-slip foam top surface, so that it can be used barefoot, allowing direct force transmission and greater ranges of movement without slipping.
  • Its shape enables specific ranges of movement for the ankle joint, which enriches the sensation of the tendon and muscle receptors and promotes the acquisition of a more correct body schema at this level.
  • Its regular use significantly improves all the musculature of the lower leg: calf muscles (internal and external), soleus, tibialis, peroneus, flexors, etc.
