Where I can get my order?

You can receive it in the direction you choose (at your home, at work, etc.).

The destination has to be an address we some person can attend the courier and take the parcel by hand in the moment of the delivery: home, work, familiar or friend address.

To international shipment is NOT possible to put a P.O. Box or similar. If the delivery address is a P.O box is not possible to guarantie the delivery, so the parcel can be returned to our address.

In that case you have to pay again the shipping cost to be shipped again. To that please contact with our customer service to let know the correct delivery address.

In case you do not want to be shipped again and cancel the order, the refund will be only the price of the items of the order. The shipping cost won't be refunded.

Delivery time

Once you placed an order you do not have to worry about anything. We send it from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 with our express delivery service: convenient, fast and safe!

If you are not at home, the courier will contact you via phone, sms or email to set up a delivery time or ther options depending the courier service. If you want you can also go to pick up your order at the office of the carrier chosen, notice in the following link: customer service.

In international shipments it is possible that if the order has a high volume or more than one item, it will receive everything in a single box/bag to avoid an increase of the shipping costs paid by the customer and to make easily the process of management, shipping and receipt in the country of destination.

The country of delivery may be different from the purchase?

Delivery country always has to match the country of purchase.

Different countries to Spain & Portugal. How soon will I get my order?

Zami processed on the same day all orders that are made until 8:00 pm. For Spain & Portugal, the delivery time is 24 hours, although some orders can be dilantar 48-72 hours.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla* the selling price of the product is : price of the product without VAT . Delivery time is usually 6-9 days, and we use Post Certificate.*

For internacional shipments to:

  • Inside Europa: 3-12 days (depending on the distance from Spain)
  • Outside Europa (Zeleris Fast Air service): 3-4 days
  • Outside Europa (Paq Premium): 7-15days (depending on the distance from Spain)

There are some products with different availability which is indicated in the first step of the shopping cart next to each item under the "Availability" section. This is the approximate time it will take for the colour and size you have chosen to be back in stock. If you do not want to wait, you can choose another colour with a much shorter availability.

If you choose one with a higher availability it will not be shipped until the stock arrives. Once it arrives it will be shipped immediately and you will receive your order in the estimated delivery time of the service you have chosen: normal, express...

If you have already made the purchase and want to change the color or size of your order we can modify it for you. You only have to contact us by phone/whatsapp to +34 693 714 444 or by this following link: customer service.

*For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, some packages may be temporarily stopped by the customs agent for routine inspections. Once completed, the package is released and follows its natural course to the addressee. It is for this reason that the delivery time may be increased in days (depending on the time needed for the inspection).

Canary Islands: Your order is in Customs Management/Processing, what does that mean?

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the selling price of the product is: product price excluding VAT.

The package includes all the necessary information for Customs.

But it is the recipient (you) who must provide any additional documentation that Customs may require. In such a case, the customs agent will contact you to tell you what documents you need and how to submit them. It is very easy.

If you need the invoice of your order for any procedure, you can easily download it from your profile, following these steps.

If you do not present the necessary documentation, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the shipping costs will not be refunded. If you want the package to be sent again, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.


Rest of the countries

Shipping costs to each country are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Shipping costs may vary depending on weight, area of Europe, countries outside Europe and the number of items in the shopping cart.

To view this correctly, you must be logged in to your profile with your delivery address and country completed in your profile.

*The volume of some orders could overpass the shipping cost so to adjust to this price the orders with big boxes or more than 1 item could be send in one single box/bag together or correctly packaged.

*Because the courier companies are the ones that collect, classify and distribute the packages in vehicles, although they are treated with all the love in the world during transport, the boxes may show some signs of sagging or marks on the box. But the shoes are in perfect condition!

ZaMi will not be responsible for any fee or tax for the return or change of size.
