What do we do with your data?

"New Client"

The main purpose of the processing is the management of users registered on our website. Legitimation: Art. 6.1.a) RGPD: express consent. The data will be kept until the user deletes his personal account.

"Place or process an order"

The data will be processed for the purpose of managing your purchase: shipping, collection, after-sales procedures. The basis that legitimates the processing is the execution of the contractual relationship of purchase and sale in accordance with Art. 6.1.b) RPGD. The data may be communicated to the technical departments of the manufacturers when it is necessary to process the warranty of a product. This communication is legitimised by Art. 6.1.c) RPGD, the processing is necessary to comply with the legal obligation of guarantee stipulated by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The data will be kept until the user deletes their personal account. Subsequently, they will be kept blocked until the expiry date of the statute of limitations for legal actions (for example, legal guarantee of the product or retention of invoices). After this period, the data will be irreversibly deleted. To process the delivery of your order, the delivery person may request identification data in order to identify your identity and prevent fraudulent deliveries (such as ID number, name or surname). We inform you that your data will only be processed for this purpose.

Under no circumstances will the delivery person be authorised to take an image of your ID document, nor will they be able to take photographs or videos by any means. In the event that the collection is carried out by a person other than the person who has processed the order, we inform you that the processing of the data is strictly necessary for the prevention of fraud within the meaning of Recital 47 RGPD, the basis that legitimates the processing is the legitimate interest. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, nor will they be transferred internationally. The data will be kept for the duration of the delivery verification period and thereafter will be duly blocked until the statute of limitations for legal action has expired. After this period, the personal data will be irreversibly deleted. We also inform you that the image of your identity document can never be captured by the delivery person.

"Newsletter and sending of advertising"

If the user has not previously made a purchase from ZAMI, advertising relating to ZAMI's own products and services will only be sent to the user if the user has given express consent for this purpose.The legitimate basis is the express consent in accordance with Art. 6.1.a) RPGD.The data will be retained until the user expresses their objection to the processing by means of a simple and accessible unsubscription procedure in each advertising communication.Persons who have made purchases of products sold by ZAMI may receive commercial communications on the basis of Art. 21.2 Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on information society services and electronic commerce.The interested party may easily unsubscribe from the subscription through the link available in each communication."Sweepstakes" The data will be processed to manage the participation of the interested parties in the sweepstakes, as well as to communicate the prizes to the winners.The basis that legitimises the processing is Art. 6.1.b) RPGD, execution of the contractual relationship. The data will be retained until the statute of limitations for legal action has expired, after which they will be deleted.

"Contact Form"

The data will be processed in order to process a request for information. The legitimate basis for the processing is Art. 6.1.a) RPGD, the express consent of the data subject. The data will be kept only for the period necessary to process the enquiry.

"Post a review"

Please note that it is not necessary to use personal data to publish a review on the ZAMI website. The person concerned may choose an alias or pseudonym for this purpose. Where the review contains personal data, the data will be processed for the purpose of publishing the review on the official ZAMI website. The basis for the processing is Art. 6.1.a) express consent. The data will be kept indefinitely for as long as the review is published. In the event that the person concerned deletes the review, the data will be automatically deleted, unless the person concerned has infringed or violated our moderation policy available at Real reviews from real customers (zami.es). In this case, the data may be retained for the period of investigation and/or prescription of legal action.

“Whatsapp”

The data will be processed to process a request for information made by the user. The legitimate basis for the processing is Art. 6.1.b) GDPR, the implementation at the request of the data subject of pre-contractual measures or the execution of the contractual relationship. The data will only be kept for the period necessary to process the enquiry.

Data recipients

On the occasion of the purchase your data may be communicated to the following recipients:

  • Banking institutions for the payment of purchases by card and/or study of financing of purchases and obtaining consumer credit. The basis for this communication is Art. 6.1.b) execution of the contractual relationship.
  • Entities that provide services of investigation, discovery and prevention of fraud, as well as minimisation of the risk of its commission, on the basis of the legitimate interest recognised by the regulations in force. The legitimate basis for the transfer is Art. 6.1.c) legal obligation.
  • Entities and companies in the energy sector. The legitimate basis for the transfer is Art. 6.1.c) legal obligation.
  • To the Office of Consumers and Users in the event of a complaint.
    The legal basis for the transfer is Art. 6.1.c) legal obligation.
  • To manufacturers, technical services and/or wholesalers in the case of guarantees or repairs. To those transport companies that may be entrusted with the delivery of the corresponding orders to customers. These recipients may be located within or outside Spanish territory, depending on the product and/or service purchased. The basis that legitimises the communication is Art. 6.1.c) legal obligation.
  • To transport and parcel delivery companies. The legitimate basis for the transfer is Art. 6.1.b) execution of the contractual relationship.
  • In the cases established by law, as in the case of the Security Forces and Corps, the legitimate basis for the transfer is Art. 6.1.c) legal obligation.
  • To public administrations to whom we have to provide information at the request of a requirement. The legitimate basis for the transfer is Art. 6.1.c) legal obligation.

Rights of data subjects

The data subject may exercise the following rights. 

  • You may request information about the personal data stored concerning you (access).
  • You may request that inaccuracies in your personal data be corrected (rectification).
  • You may request the deletion or limitation of the processing of your personal data and (deletion and limitation).
  • You may also request that your personal data be made available to you in a structured, common and machine-readable format (portability).
  • Opposition to processing, for example, against receiving advertising (opposition).

To do so, you may exercise your rights in writing by sending an e-mail to the following address: clientes@zami.es. If ZaMi.es has reasonable doubts as to the identity of the natural person submitting the request, it may ask you to provide additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the data subject.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authorities (Spanish Data Protection Agency). However, we invite you to contact us to resolve any data-related issues.

Users must guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity and validity of the personal data collected from them.

Protection of minors

We do not collect personal data from minors. It is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian to ensure the privacy of minors, making every effort to ensure that they have authorized the collection and use of personal data of minors.

Through our website you can access the social networks Instagram or Youtube open access to all users. These are websites where the user can register and follow us for free. In these social networks users can learn about our activities, opinions, access to photos and videos. Users of these social networks should be aware that this site is independent of the web www.zami.es and is open, that is, it is visible to all users, and privacy policies to be applied to these contents are those set by each social network.
