I enter the store and see that Ángel is talking on the phone.
In English.
I stay listening, not because I'm nosy (well, maybe a little), but because I see him laughing.
When he hangs up, I jokingly say:
"What's up, did you get yourself an Irish girlfriend or what?"
"A German client," he says with a half-smile. "Nothing, she was telling me that she already wears Zauri Hanami sandals, now she wants to try barefoot shoes and had doubts about the size."
"You know, the size in a sandal is not the same as in a shoe."
And he's right.
Very right.
Barefoot sandals, like the Hanami, are pure freedom. The foot moves without limits, without structures.
But a shoe, even if it's barefoot, has its shape. It has seams, fabric, and a toe cap. And if it tightens… you feel it.
That's why, as Ángel told her: If you're unsure between two sizes, choose the bigger one.
And if it doesn't fit?
You'll see.
You’ve measured your foot twice. With a ruler, a tape measure, even drawing the outline on a piece of paper.
You've compared it with ZaMi's size chart -we measure them ourselves, shoe by shoe, not trusting what the brand says-.
And still, when your order arrives… it doesn’t fit right.
Don’t worry.
You're not alone.
This happens, and it's okay.
Is it too big or too small? We exchange it.
Did you fall in love with another model you saw on Instagram? We exchange that too.
No problem at all.
Here, no buts.
And the best part:
If the new model costs less, we refund the difference.
No vouchers. No coupons. No “for your next purchase”.
Straight to your pocket. In cold hard cash.
No fine print.
Because there are real people behind this.
With feet, with kids who grow like weeds overnight, with mistakes like everyone else.
That’s why we created the size or model exchange insurance (inside Spain). For just €1.99, you can forget about the fear of making a mistake.
A tip.
When you're unsure between two sizes, don’t overthink it.
Play it safe. Choose the bigger one.
Having the right fitting shoes isn't about aesthetics, it's about health.
And speaking of health… Do you know MURIS?
The name comes from the Rarámuri, also known as Tarahumaras.
A community of runners in Mexico, whose name means: “the ones with light feet.”
And that’s how shoes should feel. Light. Free. Natural.
That’s why MURIS has designed true barefoot shoes.
With thin soles, flexible, that protect without interfering. So your feet —and your children's— can move as they should.
For kids, who are still forming their step.
For adults, who still have time to correct it.
So your feet adapt to the world, not the other way around.
Do you feel like seeing them?

Health starts at the feet.
